The house is a really quaint beautiful little cottage. The interior was decorated in the Magnolia decor and it was quiet, cozy and comfortable. There was a little bump in the road when I arrived (cleaner didn't get the message to clean before I arrived). I communicated it right away and the host was extremely proactive and sent the cleaner over within 15 minutes. There were no other issues after that. They were very responsive and helpful during my stay. It was the perfect backdrop to my Magnolia Silos weekend. Thanks for a great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was very clean and just as shown in the photos. Devorah was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

I was travelling with senior citizens who don't understand AirBnB but they LOVED IT!!!!! They thought I was a GENIUS! LOL!!!!!! If I get back to Waco from Oregon, Ethel Rose Cottage will be my first choice!

This cottage was a beautiful and spacious place to host our family for the total solar eclipse this spring. Very easy to drive to the Waco attractions like the silos or the brazos river parks, Baylor university, and we also felt safe and appropriately secluded. We loved it here. Lots of little touches to make us feel at home- nice welcome kit, local gift cards, useful manual with local recommendations etc. Would stay here again any time we come to Waco!
