First off, Bobby is a great host - friendly, responsive and helpful! The cabin was very cute with 2 access ways to the drive way and nice amount of land that is what I would consider semi-private. The area is fairly quiet with the exception of roosters and dogs greeting you in the morning with their songs but not able to hear much inside the cabin. Perfect location for what we wanted to do which was explore Ginnie and Ichetucknee springs and a little downtown Gainesville. I would absolutely stay at this location again and am even considering visiting his bigger location for another “springs getaway”.

Cabin is close to Ichetucknee & Santa Fe Rivers. Great location for springs. Cabin is quant & comfortable. Porch, grill, fire pit & picnic table make the space seem much more spacious. Bobby was a fantastic host.

Bobby’s cabin was charming and well equipped. The place is cosy, very nice quality cabin with all necessities. Bobby is an amazing host as our fridge stopped working and he was able to send in a maintenance man with a new fridge to install it on Easter weekend. If you are looking for worry free relaxing experience, this place is what you need!

Great cabin in the woods. Very private and quiet. Very well located to visit the many springs and parks in the area.
