El lugar chico, no habian ni siquiera sartenes para cocinar, no habian cosas basicas como azucar y sal, las toallas durisimas.

The place has a great location. Arthur was very nice and communicated the instructions very clearly.

Was surprised with the portable ac unit that made lots of noise. And then with 3 people staying only had half a roll of toilet paper. Had to go all the way to the pool area to use the bathroom for an emergency.

This was a great location. We traveled between the convention center, Disney, and Universal. Universal is very close. The unit was clean and looked like the pictures. There were a couple of negative things-but they were not negative enough for me to contact the host. Just things that should be pointed out. When we arrived, there was not a spot to store our luggage but no problem at all, our unit was ready for us and we were allowed to check in a few hours early. Once in our unit, the balcony door was not locked. I was glad we noticed before we went to sleep for the night. The description said that towels were provided and they were. But there was only one washcloth provided. There was a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels, but our paper towel roll only had three paper towels on it. The bed was very soft and comfortable. However the pillows were extremely thin. Overall our stay was great and I would stay there again.

Arthur is a helpful and responsive host. His place was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was great. Location wise it is close to the theme parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Would stay here again!
