A beautiful beach-house, perfectly set-up for our family. Just a 5 minute stroll to the stunning Praa Sands and a great launch pad for exploring Southern Cornwall. The house was spotless, immaculate and well equipped and Rachel was a terrific host. We will be back!

Excellent location right near the beach and the beach is lovely! Rachael was ever so helpful with recommendations and very responsive. Unfortunately we were quite ill during the stay so couldn’t take in all the delights, however the local hospital isn’t far, not to mention the one in Truro (long story!). Location wise it’s a great middle spot if you want to do Lands End, Eden and Newquay in a stay. Recommended.

Excellent host. Accommodation works really well. Excellent location. Lovely beach. Great surfing. Particularly loved the hot tub, outside shower and the table tennis. Only minor gripe would be we weren’t aware of the separate flat above but that may be because I didn’t read the details closely enough. However if you have active kids and like the beach this place works really well as you have everything you need both at the property itself and on your doorstep. Rachel was also a great host providing plenty of detail and prompt communication.

A great holiday home for families. Very clean & well presented. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything you might need for a relaxing stay with plenty to entertain adults & children of all ages.

Kid paradise right by the beach in Cornwall! Our group was myself, my husband, two kids ages four and seven and two grandparents. The house definitely has "wow" factor when you first walk in - brand new, well designed kitchen and stunning ocean views from all over the house. If you have young kids just book this now! Our kids were entertained for hours every day playing in the playhouse and trampoline. They also loved the hot tub and adults loved it for relaxing with a gorgeous sunset view. The house was super cleaned and well maintained and the area is perfect, short walk to a beach with a great beach bar.
