This is a truly beautiful modern home in Mazama near the Freestone Inn. The great room was stunning, as were all of the windows looking out at the water and surrounding mountains. We were there in winter so didn't spend time sitting outside, but the outdoor fireplace / seating area was super cool. It's basically ski in /ski out with a very short walk to the trails. Probably the best stocked kitchen of any rental house I have ever been to. My only small gripe is that the bedroom pillows were tall and soft (not a combination I liked personally). And it would be next level if they put in a hot tub in at the house. In the winter, going over to the Freestone hot tub and walking back wet and cold didn't seem optimal, and nothing beats a soak after skiing or hiking. But a phenomenal rental overall with a super helpful and responsive host. We hope to return!

We loved staying at Aprea Cabin! It worked great for our group. The bunk room was a hit with the kids and the kitchen was a blast to cook in. The gear garage had all the fun snow toys we needed. Will definitely try to make it back there again.

This place was a great open space to stay for 6 adults. We hadn’t planned on spending much time at the house as our intent was to be hiking most days in the cascades. Unfortunately, nature is nature, and the fires caused closure of most of the trails and the smoke caused poor air quality. We ended up spending more time in the house and truly enjoyed the kitchen and open space. The air quality inside was very clean despite the poor quality outside. My only recommendation is to check the wildfire activity several weeks before visiting in Aug/Sept as this seems to be the active season for fires. I will definitely plan a return visit to hike and hopefully stay here again.

The Apres Cabin was beautiful! I loved looking out my bedroom window at the lake and surrounding mountains! Justin was a fabulous host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. He provided clear check in/check out instructions, details about the cabin’s amenities, info about the surrounding towns for tourist ideas, and even fun Spotify playlists to listen to while we stayed. The one critique I would give is the amount of bedrooms listed was a bit misleading. The listing shows 4 bedrooms and an office space, but one of the bedrooms is the office. And the queen bed that is listed is a pull out sofa which didn’t feel like a true queen size. Other than that, the Apres Cabin provided my family and I everything we needed for a weekend getaway to unplug and unwind from our busy daily lives.

Unbelievable weekend! We celebrated as 10 girls and we didn’t even want to leave the house! It was so amazing and the home is incredible and feels like a dream! We will be back next year!!!
