My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Julie’s place! The cabin was very clean and made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. Out in the backyard by the creek is an absolute dream come true, we even saw quite a bit of deer while hanging out back there. We won’t hesitate to come back when visiting the area again!

we really enjoyed our stay at fighting town creek. It was extremely peaceful and tranquil. The cabin was amazing the view was awesome. The only complaints that we had was that the floors werent very clean,there was an full drink bottle on the master bed and we couldnt find a propane tank for the grill.

The cabin itself was quite nice! Only downside was the master bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work and there was no portable fans in the closets like the details stated. After communicating with the host about the issue with the ceiling fan not working the host never responded back at all. That evening the kids were walking up and a board fell through because it was dry rotted. After communicating with the host about that she eventually got back and had someone bring us a box fan and checked in on the situation with the hole. Very unsafe as most of the boards on that lower deck is dry rotted. Most of the lights as well outside on the string lights are out. Def could use more lighting going to the back before you reach the hot tub.

Beautiful home directly on the River! Exactly as pictured and described. The location is perfect between Blue Ridge and McCaysville just a quick drive to both. Plenty to do on the area. Julie was very responsive. Looking forward to going back!
