This was the perfect place for our family to stay for 8 weeks while work was being done on our house. It was a huge house with lots of rooms, large living spaces and was well equipped. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. They even brought in a desk and chair when I told them that I work from home! Nice quiet neighbourhood, and beautiful view. I would recommend.

Ismail was a great host and is property is fantastic if you have a larger group of people that require their own space. Very quiet and roomy and could easily accommodate a large group or family. I will give people a heads up that based on its location, it does take a minute to get delivery and some locations will not come up there, so keep that in mind when planning your day and plan your stops in terms of hitting the store or anywhere else to save yourself some time. Otherwise overall great experience and would recommend if convenient.

Ismail and his cohosts replied fast to our questions and gave clear instructions throughout our stay. The house is super beautiful and spacious, and the neighborhood is very quiet--perfect for an intimate getaway for a close group of friends!

I will start with the positive. The house was nice and big for 2 families. I went with another mom and 5 kids between us and their was ample room to spread out. However, within minutes, you discovered that the house was barely cleaned and did not have any Covid Cleaning procedures in place. Regardless of covid (it was still disgusting). We found a toilet that had been used and not flushed when we arrived. All 3 showers had not been cleaned (soap scum on all the glass doors, and faucets as well as dirt on the shower floor). Used contact lens on the bathroom floor. Toothpaste splatter on master bath counter and mirror. Sinks were not cleaned. Crumbs an hair found in one of the beds. Kitchen was disgusting. Dry food splatter on the kitchen cabinets and walls. Greasy hand prints all over the cabinet doors, handles, fridge and oven. One tea towel for the kitchen to dry dishes. Some dishes also had food still on it. I did call Ismail, who did come and clean all the bathrooms that evening. His communication and attention to correct the situation was well received. He did what he could but obviously after he cleaned the bathrooms he did check the kitchen. The kitchen was still untouched so I washed it all down with cleaners that they had under the sink. I also had to use a scrubby on some handles and cabinets. I couldn't even cook in the house as it felt so dirty. The fridge and freezer were also dirty inside with hair found inside fridge. The microwave had some over cooked food stuck to the turn table. I also soaked and washed the glass turn table. After all that I requested a one refund and was denied. I was so upset. I am not one to complain but I have never been in such an Airbnb that was so dirty and I have stayed in many. I do hope he does find more qualified cleaners if they would like keep renting it out. I am so disappointed and upset by this experience.
