Caravan is old but functional and clean good value. Needs a little TLC but was good for a base to explore the area. Close to train station so you can get to many places in Cornwall. Lovely small caravan site so nice and quiet. We had a lovely time there and wouldnt hesitate to re-book. Graham is very quick to respond and very helpful.

The camping was great. Clean tidy and comfortable. Good communication with Graham. The resort was great swimming pool my children loved and on the playground they met new friends. A great place to visit. Anna

We've had a great two weeks in Graham's caravan which has everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Our children loved the playground and pool facilities. Local shops were good and loads to do in the area. Graham is an excellent host and very helpful.

caravan was very clean and easy to find,site was very quiet, location was fantastic for exploring Cornwall. Had a great few days grandaughter loved it would not hesitate to book again

We had a lovely stay in Par. It was very central to amenities on a train and bus route, which made exploring the area easy. Beaches were just a short walk away also.
