Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The positives: great location! The place was easy to access and was close to a main strip with lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to utilize an affordable Landry mat that was less than 5 minutes walk. Many of the places we wanted to go around Miami were a 15 minute Uber or less. Breakfast is included at the grocery store next door and it was decent. Cons: if you’re looking for a quiet place or are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Roosters crowed every morning from about 6am- about 9:30/10am. You can also hear the other residents going up and down the stairs coming and going. The space is smaller than expected so it’s truly best for a solo or couple only. Overall, I would choose to stay here again given the price and location.

We had a wonderful stay in Octavio's studio. It was very clean! Short walking distance to Calle Ocho and a supermarket around the corner.

Love this rental😊 This is our 2nd time staying here. Walkable to alot of bars and restaurants. The breakfast that is included is delicious! Would highly recommend this place

We loved our stay in Little Havana. Waking up to the roosters was really fun; not something we see on a regular back home in Ohio. Nice little restaurants and stores in walking distance. Friendly people everywhere we went. We will definitely be back!
