Walk to the ocean in under 5 minutes! Nice pedestrian path with sidewalks all the way to the beach. The area outback was the best part of the house! Pool / jacuzzi, market lights, bbq grill, outdoor seating, outdoor TV, and privacy made for great family nights! We were pleased with the amount of beach supplies, beach wagon, beach chairs, and beach games. The neighborhood was quiet. Inside the house there were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen had necessary supplies and some extra items with plenty of dishes to make meals at home.

We had such a lovely stay at Scott’s ~oasis~. Truly a gem in terms of location, value, and host. The beach is just a stones throw away. Our favorite part was the backyard which is so peaceful! We are already hoping that vacation plans allow us to return in the coming years.

Great stay overall. House was clean and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and some dry goods which was a bonus. Bathrooms stocked with towels but no hairdryer, soap or shampoo. Scott responded immediately and promptly delivered the items we requested within an hour. Pool was absolutely one of the highlights. Clean, quiet, and great temperature! Would recommend! Thanks for a great stay, Scott.

The private back yard, pool and jacuzzi were a beautiful oasis. The house was compact yet we had plenty of space. We had the best nights sleep in the master king bed. Even though we didn't spend much time at the beach, it was very close to the house. Great proximity to stores and restaurants. Loved that Publix was just down the street and Walmart was just as close going the other direction. I would definitely stay here again.
