Beautiful place in an area you can really switch off. We loved it. Just needs a little love on the outside and leaving the guest some, tea, coffee and a pint of milk would go along way. Also some board games and/or DVDs? If nit, invest in a smart TV. Location makes this place.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful location. We spent a lovely couple of nights here bringing in the new year. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and walking the sprawling estate.

This is a great detached cottage located for a relaxing break and we wish we could have stayed longer. A private, quiet location in the countryside, with a stream going past and a hot tub. Inside the house is larger than the photos reflect. A very nice well equipped kitchen with a large cooker, and the living room has a large L-shaped comfortable sofa. Our dog loved it too, and helpfully there is a door and stair gate to stop them going upstairs. There is a garden as well with a BBQ and outdoor seating which we did not use as it rained almost continually :-). For an extra fee one could have a fire pit and logs outside. Ten minutes drive from Wigton which has all the shops you need (great butchers). Overall we would recommend and consider coming again.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place. And a hot tub right next to a stream...who could ask for more!
