These are lovely little apartments and a plus that they’re pet friendly. This is the second time we’ve stayed. On arrival our apartment had no heating or hot water, so we were asked to move to another one. We also had this issue the first time we stayed. Obviously brilliant that there’s others you can move to but slightly annoying when you’ve just unpacked. Hosts were quite quick to response at first but with further queries we never heard back from them. Good value for money overall

The property was well positioned near the centre of Swansea and very close to our son’s student digs - and the beach! It was very clean when we arrived. We had a few issues with lights not working, the gas being cut off, partially blocked sink - none of these were responded to when using the ‘contact host’ messaging option. When we had no hot water, we phoned and it was eventually sorted out (the meter needed topping up by the owner!) None of the other issues were addressed.
