Very spacious accomodations. Our party of four had ample room and found the bathroom arrangement to work out well. The location was very convenient and central to where we needed to access.

The location and amount of space is so worth it! I wouldn’t say this is luxury, just a large space in a great location.

Our family of 8, three adult children and partners, all loved the location, walkable to Newbury St, and one block from the T. Two of our kids went to Boston college and loved the location of the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, so we didn’t feel crowded. A couple of things, for such a nice apartment and the price, we were disappointed that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with basics like salt and pepper, oil, and no extra paper towels. And as other reviews stated, lots of steps, so if you have a bad knee, might not be the place for you. But, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, appreciated the open space to gather in living, kitchen, dining. The deck was wonderful!
