Just as pictured. Amazing views, especially early morning, dusk and evenings. Perfect for two work colleagues sharing a place. Appreciated the terrace. Quiet apartment and hallway. Easy walk to restaurants and great dining/bar option right in the building. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend Dom and I had a great stay in Simon's place over a long weekend. We were here for an event with elements at the PCC in Center City and then other elements at the sports stadiums in south Philly. Center City was super easy and walkable from the apartment and it was really easy to get a cab for further destinations. The apartment was ideal for us, all the amenities we wanted, plenty of space and amazing large, warehouse windows. It looks just like the listing. Our only minor gripe is having to use the SoSuite website to get check-in details. It was actually all very easy and in the meantime, Simon was very responsive on the Airbnb app. We would recommend to anybody visiting Philly!

The place was just like the pictures and the views were beautiful!!! It was also super clean and had everything we would need for a long stay. I’d definitely go back!!

It was weird that there is a separate from Airbnb confirmation process, but it was pretty straightforward and Simon was responsive. The view was fantastic! The building was lovely. It’s a gentrifying neighborhood and was surprisingly quiet. The off street parking was great , the gym was clean, and the apartment itself was immaculately. Will def stay there again.
