Great place! We all loved the pool. Very close to several great beaches. There are some really good restaurants close by. Ryan is very responsive and very helpful!

This house was so comfortable. Since it's so close to my son's home they were able to walk over. It was great for our family get togethers, especially with the pool! My grandsons loved the bunk bed unit and had fun sleeping over. Ryan is a great host, and was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions. I will definitely rent here again. Thank you, Ryan!

Ryan was a great host and we appreciated the early checkin he allowed us to have. The house is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house could use some updates, some of the furniture is in poor condition including the outdoor chairs around the pool, a living room chair and one of the bed frames is badly peeling along the bottom and head board. The glass top on the stove has a big crack in it. The dining table swayed while you ate on it and made a squeaking noise. The beach chairs were terribly uncomfortable and cumbersome and there were only 2. The beach umbrella was good, couch, tv's and dining tables were good. Beds comfortable and the master bedroom was nice as were the bathrooms. The place was clean and easy to find. In general I would recommend the house it could just use a few simple upgrades.
