Gorgeous condo with an open floor plan with abundant natural lighting! Large Master Suite with large walk in closet and attached bathroom with garden tub and a stand up shower! Incredible location near downtown Cornelius where you can walk to local coffee shops, dining, and parks! 1 mile from I-77 access to get to Charlotte quickly and easily. 1.5 miles from Davidson College, 2 miles to Lake Norman boat ramps, 4 miles to Birkdale Village, and so much more!We look forward to hosting you soon!! 30 day minimum stay. We have a fully equipped kitchen and the fastest WIFI available. Washer and Dryer inside your Condo. Condo’s located near the town center and is in good condition. Lots of things to do in and around the neighborhood. Jason was a great host.
Overall our stay was good. There are a few cosmetic issues with the condo but overall I felt safe in the environment. The master bedroom lock does not work so that can present issues for couples with children.
Great location and spot to stay. Walking distance to grocery stores, nightlife, and local parks. The unit was clean and had all the accommodations needed for a longer stay. Jason was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would recommend for any long-term stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Jason's place. It is a great location and very clean! Jason responded right away with any questions we had for him. We will definitely look at staying here again.
A great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, comfortable beds, and new Roku TVs. Two balconies perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. Nice pool area that is maintained every day. Antique shops, pharmacy, and quality coffee in walking distance. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host responds quickly to any needs you may have.
