Beautiful house and listing. Had a few hiccup check in issues but the overall stay was pleasurable and the house is lovely. Would stay again.

We had an excellent stay with our 18 month old - very child friendly and backing on to the reserve made a huge difference. Walking distance to the beach, and an easy drive into the city if required. Will definitely be staying here again, would highly recommend.

Welcome to Five Star Focused….. We are a boutique holiday property management company based in marvellous Mount Maunganui, in the Bay of Plenty. We are passionate about providing guests with a five star experience. For the past three years we have hosted guests from around the world in our awesome Mount and Papamoa properties. When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay.
