The house was clean, comfortable and a great location. The teenagers loved the space downstairs, especially the movie room.

The house itself, yard and location were lovely. However, it wasn’t clean. It was unfortunate since so many reviews mentioned it being so clean. It wasn’t, maybe a quick wipe down is all. It felt like someone has been living in it and ran out that day. We arrived at 10pm on a 102 degree day and the AC was off. It was 87 in the house. At midnight we headed for bed and discovered the sheets weren’t clean. There was hair in the bed and other evidence that it wasn’t clean. We found other sheets in the linen closet and changed the bedding before going to bed. The fridge had leftover and expired food in it. The master bathroom floor and shower rug were dirty. The shower had wadded up Lysol wipes hidden behind the shampoo bottle but even still, the shower was dirty. There was what appeared to be chopped up pieces of Advil pills on the floor next to the downstairs bed as well. Gregg was quick to reply and apologize but nothing was done to fix it. He offered after the AC debacle to “comp us” some of our first night’s rate but I have since asked about it and he has stopped responding. We won’t go back.

We made a very last minute reservation, and everything went so smoothly. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, in a lovely neighborhood, and very kid friendly. Greggory was extremely responsive and an overall great host. We definitely hope to be staying here again in the future!
