We enjoyed our stay very much other than our air never got cool enough, the lowest it got was 72 and highest at one point was 76, we were very uncomfortable majority of the time when we were there, warm nights for sure, we had ceiling fans on all the time, I text and ask for the air to be checked and we were unaware that it was WIF controlled, she said she would lower the temperature but we never saw or felt it get any cooler. There could be a possibility that there was an issue with the unit, unfortunately we won’t be able to stay in these conditions again. We are from Laurel and returned for our class reunion. It was just as described! Great for our little parent’s getaway after Christmas! Needed a space to relax, enjoy Laurel, and a peaceful night away and spend time together! The place was clean, welcoming, very cozy, and enjoyable from start to finish!

Spacious common areas and loved the screened porches. Kids enjoyed Disney + !

We had a fabulous stay and will come again! LOVED Laurel - the restaurants are fabulous and the people are so friendly and nice. Road the train to and from and would highly recommend that experience as well.
