We found our time here to be restful. I enjoyed sitting on the dock for hours. We also took a side trip every day to find a used bookstore in Seneca, delicious Amish donuts and pastries in Fair Play, and a Publix in Anderson.

We love that this is a pet friendly rental. We loved walking our dog around the neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly. The home is set up with lots of pans and cooking utensils for a longer stay like ours. Enjoyed going to dock on nice days. The host is very friendly and responsive to any issue/request.

Laura and JP's Lake House is the perfect get-away vacation! My husband and I went with our 4 dogs and stayed for a week and a half. Everything is exactly as described, the scenery is absolutely beautiful, and there is plenty to do within a 30-minute radius either direction. But if what you're looking for is peace and quiet, you will find it here. The neighborhood is very safe, and we walked the loop with our dogs several times. Our pups made friends with the neighbor's dogs and looked forward to potty breaks so they could go rub noses through the fence. And I looked forward to having coffee on the back deck watching the world awaken in vibrant colors. But the real beauty is when the sun is setting over the water! You won't want to leave this place!!!
