This is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. There was a double booking on the room I was supposed to stay in. They put me in a different room that was very nice and refunded me the difference. The location is great and 6 minutes by foot to nice restaurants and anything you need. They were doing some renovations I think to the terrace when I went. The only thing to be aware of is that the rooms aren’t super sound proof so you can hear stuff outside your room a bit. It’s common to go to sleep here around 9pm to wake up early for the balloons but there may be some other guests coming in until around 11pm. Other guests were courteous about this while I was there however so it wasn’t a problem for me but if you are an incredibly light sleeper ask them to put you in a room further away from the reception.

Os anfitriões foram muito solicitos nos ajudando com o transfer do aeroporto e com o passeio de balão , o quarto é maravilhoso conforme anúncio , muito limpo e tudo funcionando perfeitamente , o café da manhã é farto e a localização explêndida , nos deram inclusive dicas de trilhas que turistas comuns não conhecem , fica no centro de Goreme e ao lado do Pont View dos balões e até dá para ver do terraço do próprio hotel , recomendamos muito , não perca a oportunidade !

Really great stay here! They helped us organize our airport transfer for half the price everyone else offered per person. They also help set you up with tours if needed which was very helpful. We don’t recommend doing any ATV tours (40 people going way to slow with tons of dust!) but it was helpful of them :) They were there at midnight when we arrived and got us water and whatever we needed! So helpful. Breakfast was amazing! We stayed at another place in this city as well and though both were nice, this breakfast was way better! I’d stay here again :)
