Very spacious and beautifully decorated bnb. Easily accomodated our group of 5 adults and two children with privacy for all. There was plenty of beach equipment and towels.

We have had some issues:  the lock for Florida room off the dining room cannot unlock. The smoke detector beeped all day and night making sleeping difficult.  The drains in the showers were not good.  On our second day of vacation we were interrupted with a locksmith twice at very inconvenient times. We were contacted about the trash schedule although we were aware. The walk in closet in the master bath does not close. Someone came on the property to cover the tennis table without us knowing although the table was uncovered when we got here making us feel very uncomfortable.   Whatever work needed to be done should not have been done while we were on vacation. There are MANY flies by the kitchen entrance door. On the positive side,  the house was mainly well maintained, nicely decorated, the convenience of the beach was great for my 80 year old parents. The porch was relaxing. The house was very well stocked with dishes, towels, coffee, lots of cookware, etc.  The sitting areas all around the house was great.

This is a wonderful home and is in an excellent location... Two blocks from a grocery store and across the street from the beautiful beach. They have the basics for the beach so you don't need to travel with beach gear. This home is very comfortable and has excellent space for larger families. This home as enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the stay. We can't wait to come again!
