Condo (~600sqft) very well located close to Old Town. Felt very safe walking to/from there, even at night. Stayed 2 months. Check-in/out very easy. Complex as a whole quiet & clean. 2 gas grills in pool area worked very well; people we met at grill very friendly. However, we could easily hear people in the apt above as they walked, moved chairs, wheeled luggage, did laundry, opened/closed the patio door. Bed was comfortable, but super squeaky which made sleeping through the night difficult. Plenty of tp, kitchen/bath soaps/shampoos (no laundry detergent). There are 4 place settings, lots of glasses and mugs, necessary pots/pans. We bought a mixing bowl, colander, dish drying rack, dinner knives, full set of measuring spoons/cups for our extended stay. Unit was "hotel clean" (animal hair on mattress pad, under couch, on lampshade, etc.); required several pails of water to mop floor clean. Assigned covered parking conveniently located very near the unit and visible from bedroom window.

Cockroaches -- first sighting was taken care of by the exterminator and the owner stating it may be because of the rainy season, but it was not because of the rain. Even after the exterminator, three more were found in the living space. No amenities such as laundry and dish detergent were available- we bought our own along with toilet paper since only half a roll of toilet paper was left. Her response time was fast if you need questions and answers, but she's not very personable. I do appreciate that she did let us stay long-term because our case was an emergency.

Very clean! Very nicely decorated! VERY close to tons of restaurants and bars/eateries. The host was easy to communicate with and the space was as advertised. Perfect amenities for a little weekend getaway!
