The site has easy and paved access, just five minutes from the ferry. The site combines the tranquility of the countryside with the proximity of services and beaches. Houses for families and groups of friends Our houses are spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two-bedroom house The two-bedroom house sleeps up to 6 people and has a fenced balcony for pets. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. During the day, the kitchen and living room are integrated into an open space, and at night, a wooden sliding partition closes, transforming the environment into a second bedroom. Three-bedroom house The three-bedroom house sleeps up to 8 people and has a fenced balcony for pets. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a panoramic view, a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and direct access to the pool. Equipment All houses have the following equipment: - Ceiling fans - Open digital TV - Wi-Fi connection - Portable barbecue - Crib available (request when booking) What is not included: - Pool and beach towels; - Bed and bath linen; - Breakfast; - Maid service; - Security service (mandatory); - Cook and assistants; - Industrial kitchen and dining room; Extra services, which can be hired separately directly with the CAD site, after confirmation of the reservation. - Bed and bath linen. - Cleaning and maid service for the 7 houses. - 24-hour security service is mandatory and is not included in the rental price. - We would like to inform you that all seven houses are equipped with a full kitchen.
