Appartamento perfetto, in una posizione comoda per ogni necessità. Casa calda e accogliente, consigliata assolutamente. Gli Host super cordiali e sopratutto sempre a disposizione.

I chose Margherita's listing because it was described as "luxurious" in the listing and appeared to be nice. When we arrived, Margherita was abrupt and impatient, claiming that we were 20 minutes late even though we'd never agreed on a specific check-in time. She informed us that we would have to pay 30 euro to use the second bed. This was not included in the original listing, which Airbnb later confirmed. The shower is a space in front of the toilet with a shower head coming out of the ceiling. I doubt it was even 24 inches wide. The toilet and bathroom floor would get completely soaked. I can post a picture here if Airbnb allows pictures to be posted with a review. I decided to cancel the reservation because it was not going to be the restful place that I needed to work and relax. She was hostile when we left; I don't have enough space to say more here other than "misrepresentation." I paid for the one night we stayed. She did not return the guest tax that we paid for all 3 nights.

Margherita and Federico were wonderful hosts. They were extremely helpful and friendly, they spoke very good English, and their beautiful apartment was even more lovely and better appointed than photos could show. Located literally just steps from the main piazza, with many shops and restaurants surrounding, it’s the perfect location. The city of Assisi is so friendly and fun to explore from this cozy, yet elegant place. Thank you Margherita and Federico!

Margherita's elegant flat is very comfortable and in a fantastic location a few minutes walk from the Piazza di Comune. Margherita was very welcoming and spent a long time on the phone trying to locate a jacket which I had left on the train. Her son Frederico was also very helpful. I would be happy to stay in this lovely apartment again.

Margherita's apartment was perfetto! The location could not have been better -- it's just off the Piazza del Comune in the center of the town. The kitchen had everything I needed, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and Margherita was a charming hostess. I really hated to leave.
