The home had a nice location, which I won't discount. However, the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall owner and rental experience were not worth the hassle. We rented the property for 4 days and 3 nights, but the price was almost 7k, w/ $649 charged for the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the first-floor couch was dirty with old grapes, fingernails, and other recognizable items. The second-floor king comforter had black and red stains. Moreover, the wine cooler on the first floor was not functional, and the fire pit was out of commission. Eventually, the "Owner" offered a refund of the cleaning fee, which was $649. Although we accepted, I expressed my dissatisfaction due to additional expenses incurred, such as purchasing an air mattress for one of our children to sleep on the floor, as well as using our own comforter because theirs was dirty. In response, the owner reduced the refund to only $80, stating that we found the original offer unsatisfactory. My child slept on the floor.

We overall had a great stay! The house was clean and in a fairly quiet neighborhood, plus it was only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Everything was spacious and very clean. We appreciated how responsive Love Rentals was throughout the entire stay!

Beautiful house, accurate compared to description. Backyard nice as well. HOA is strict on quiet time at 10pm. Clean and newer fee. Definitely can hear everything throughout the house, also saw ants various times. Disappointed with rude condescending treatment from maintenance property manager. Was heavy gas smell outside from pool pump but was fixed.
