Bright spacious private room with charm and character. It is part of a safe residential guest suite. Our house has close access to chemist, hospital, grocery, eateries, movie hall. Dehradun bus stand and railway station. - FRI, IMA, Asian School are also in very close proximity. - As per our house rules we do not host UNMARRIED couples. Additional amenities: ☆ All covid-19 protocols followed- house properly sanitised and cleaned before guests arrive. Social distancing maintained. ☆ Extra single bed for the third guest will be made available at an additional charge. (You can pay for the same by choosing to book for 3 guests via Airbnb) ☆ Lift access ☆ 24/7 high-speed Wifi. ☆ Meals can be arranged- our food menu will be shared upon booking confirmation. ☆ Housekeeping can be arranged. ☆ Safe indoor parking space for 2 cars. ☆ Space for driver stay is available at an extra charge of Rs. 400 ☆ Bonfire arranged at the rooftop or the ground floor lobby for an additional charge of Rs. 500. (Available from October - March) INDOOR The guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building. Accessible by lift. BEDROOM (Private) - We have a bedroom with attached bathroom. - All our bedrooms have a WIFI, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs. - All rooms have king-sized beds BATHROOM (Private) - All our bathrooms have solar-heated water, geyser and are equipped with fresh towels. KITCHENETTE (Shared) - We have a kitchenette equipped with an induction plate, Earthen pot containing RO water and basic spices. - Washing area is also present here, along with a washing machine. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LIVING & DINING AREA (Shared) - We have a shared living cum dining area. - The dining table seating is fit for 4 people. - The living area currently has a single sofa cum bed with 3 seating capacity and 2 sleeping capacity. (We shall expand on this soon) - We have a shared balcony connected to the living area. OUTDOOR (Shared) - We have a shared rooftop with Mussoorie panoramic view, where guest can sit and enjoy their meals. - Secured indoor parking space for 3 cars, 3 additional cars can park outside the gate. SECURITY 1. Boundary wall around the entire site. 2. Property is gated at all times. 3. CCTV on the property. 4. Secure neighbourhood. A great choice if you want that home feeling when traveling. Meals prepared by them were delicious. Surrounding area is full of greenery with view of mussoorie mountains. Hosts are extremely communicative and would help you in any way possible. Overall, a great place to stay.
This is a wonderful guesthouse experience with comfortable beds, clean and nice sheets, and great light in the rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen that you can use without any hassle and you can also order tasty home cooked meals. Communication with Aparna and her staff was very smooth and they are accommodating and friendly. The location is wonderful as well, very near to good provision shops and restaurants.
I stayed at the Laxmi Bhawan from (8th Aug to 16th Aug, 2021). The overall stay experience was amazing. The highlight was the host Aparna :) She is more than helpful and friendly. An amazing person with an infectious smile, always welcoming and prompt with any of your requests. The rooms are clean, the food is homely, the requests for anything over phone, whatsapp are prompt. Laxmi Bhawan provides comfortable rooms. It happens to be in the best part of Dehradun (Vasant Vihar). The accommodation offers room service and all rooms come with a seating area, an Andriod TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Food: In my case I had left it to Aparna, the host to serve whatever they were preparing at home. I had a different meal every day from Breakfast, to lunch to dinner. Aparna never stopped surprising you with different meals. But they have their own menu from which you can order. A highly recommended stay.

- Auto stand and public transport stand (City bus and Vikram) are located at a distance of 5 mins from our house.
We have ample basement parking space for 2 and 4 wheelers.
