너무나도 사랑스럽고 훌륭한숙소 송도최고의집으로 임명합니다!

바가지를 쓰며 불친절한 할머니집에 머무르는 느낌이었습니다. 그 오피스텔의 원래 월세가 시가가 60만원정도라고 들었는데, 이 에어비엔비는 그 가격의 4배를 받네요. 월세의 2배 이상의 가격이 되는 건 이해하지만, 4배까지 받아먹으려면 무언가 부가가치가 있어야하는데, 부가가치는 커녕 기본적인 서비스도 형편없었습니다. 별도 체크인 안내는 없었고 동/호수만 보냈으며, 비밀번호는 물어봐야 알려주셨고 알려주신 것과 다르게 설정돼 있었고 문앞에서 두명의 호스트에게 연락하며 남의탓을 하는데, 첫날부터 어이없었습니다. 그렇게 들어갔더니, 처음 열은 냉장고엔 먹다 남은 아이스크림이 있어서 제가 청소를 해야했습니다. 문 옆에는 가구들이 잔뜩 쌓여있어서, 집들어갈 때마다 짐이 가득 쌓인 곳 옆 문을 열어야했는데 굉장히 불쾌했습니다. 특히 한국식 오피스텔이나 아파트 단지에 익숙하지 않은데, 기본적인 안내도 안돼있어서 힘들었습니다. 쓰레기를 버리는 장소나 방식도 적응하기 힘들었는데, 물어볼 경비원도 없고 안내도 너무 대충해주셨어요. 인테리어도 ..모든 것이 할머니 취향. 꽃분홍색의 수건들이 너무 오래돼보여서 차마 신뢰하고 사용할 수 없었습니다. 그 작은 원룸에 디퓨저가 3개나 있어서 일주일 내내 두통에 시달렸습니다. (디퓨저를 빼도 그 냄새가 일주일 가더군요.) 집 주소를 여쭤봤더니 답장 받는데 반나절이 걸렸고, 전화해서는 갑자기 날파리 생기게 하지 말라며 잔소리. 저는 당신의 집을 보살피려고 월세의 4배 돈을 내며 머무르는 게 아닙니다. 침구류도 매우 부족하게 구비돼있어서, 침대 시트는 쓸 수 없었으며 덮고 자는 이불은 찾을 수 없어서 사비를 들여 장만했습니다. 에어컨은 잘 작동..했다고 봐야겠지만, 싸구려 브랜드라서 그런지 원하는대로 에어컨 조절하는 데 정말 애먹었습니다. 집에 있었던 우산은 녹이 슬고 구멍이 나 있어서, 비치하느니 못한 우산이 있었는데 반면 mercedes benz 머그컵이 있어서, 이 집은 호스트가 돈벌이로써만 관리를 한다는 느낌을 지울 수 없었습니다. 하루 이틀은.. 할머니 집에서 머무신다 생각하면 큰 무리는 없겠으나, 저처럼 장기 숙박하실 분들은 도망치세요. 계속 잔소리를 하시는데… 제가 검사받으려고 에어비엔비에 머물렀나요? *p.s. 위치와 오피스텔 건물 자체는 괜찮은 것 같습니다. I absolutely do not recommend this place. This is one over-priced airbnb with house quality that’s owned by a granny. The regular rent for the complex per month is less than $500. If you are to charge your place more than two times of original rent, you should provide additional value. This place? The interior was just like granny’s apartment with no proper clean-up. They even did not give a proper check-in instruction and it was my worst check-in experience out of 15 airbnb I visited across the world. The host forgot to change the passcode for the door and told me the wrong one, and I had to wait at night while two hosts were tossing my problem to each one, and I had to figure out on my own to change the door lock(You can’t live with “0000” as a passcode..). When I got in, there were left-over icecream and opened bottled water which I had to clean. There were three aromatic diffusers in that small house, and even if I removed them right away, I had to spend another week in massive headache bc of that smell. Oh, bonus, right next to the door, there is a massive pile of stuff that makes you hate that you (temporarily) stay there bc it looks like a hoarder’s house from the outside. Also, the communication with the host was a horrible experience. When I asked about the exact address, she suddenly called me and start warn about how not to make flies in the house (She told me to put food waste in the fridge until you toss it out). Ma’am, I am not your granddaughter nor I did not pay my money to take care of your house. That’s not how airbnb works! Beddings were not at the quality that I could use. There was no proper blanket to use and I had to buy one on my own. There is an AC from a cheap brand that kinda works, but it was impossible for me to control the AC as I wanted. Of course there is no explanation for AC control, so I googled the manual by searching its model name. But knowing how did not make controlling it easier. Also, it became clear that this place is here cashcow. She left an umbrella that has holes and lots of iron rust. Wouldn’t it be better either not put a bad-quality umbrella at all or spend a tinybit of money to provide a working umbrella? There is a mercedes-benz mug in the kitchen lol No wonder where the money of 3X of rent goes! I would not deny that it has all the appliances that brings convenience, but isn’t it more important to provide the basic goods (beddings) and basic services before putting other things? p.s. The area is a good neighborhood to live and the officetel or the apartment complex is also very convenient.

Excellent location. Many amenities downstairs. Clean and efficient apartment layout with a useful kitchen space. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Songdo. The park nearby along the river is excellent for jogging/cycling.

창 밖으로 송도 전경이 보이고 근처 하천도 보여서 전망이 좋음. 케이블 TV 있고 인터넷 빠름. 방도 넓고, 필요한 가구(책상, 침대, 소파)도 잘 갖추어져 있음. 밥솥, 식기류, 냉장고, 세탁기 (세제 포함), 건조기가 본격적인 수준으로 갖춰져 있어 장기 투숙을 하더라도 만족할 수 있을 수준임.
