Isolated at the rear of an existing residence near the centre of town - the beautiful inlet coastal walk with its fishing spots and scenic views, watercraft hire, Sussex Inlet RSL, shops, cafes, take aways and cinema are all within an easy 300m walk from your front door. Only a short drive to beautiful surf beaches, lakes and the golf course, you are in an ideal location Entry to the Hidden Gem is via a small porch leading into the annex. The annex is slightly larger than the van with ensuite (shower, toilet, basin) at one end. The annex has a lounge with some extra chairs, colour tv. There is a new evaporative air cooler in the annex which can be directed into the van for the hottest of nights and all windows and doors have insect screens. Enter the van and you are inside the dining area with dining table and chairs for 2. The adjacent kitchenette has all the basic kitchen tools, pots, pans, platters, plates and cutlery you could require, with a gas cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave and some basic cooking supplies and condiments. You then walk into the bedroom which has a comfortable double bed which can be closed off from the kitchen area if needed, you will find plenty of holiday clothes storage for two and all linen is provided. The van is well ventilated with screened vents and windows, a wall fan and floor heater are also provided. The private covered deck runs the length of the accomodation offering alfresco dining or just a quiet space to enjoy an afternoon beverage while the native birds frolic in the surrounding gardens. There is a BBQ with side burner, an outdoor table with benches or take the directors chairs from inside for a more comfortable seat.
