The studio is very functional, and is perfect for two people. It is very clean, well kept (a light didn't work when I arrived, and it was changed within minutes), AC perfect. Clear indications to reach the place, and good communication with the hots. Very quiet place. The only reason for 4 stars and not five is the location. It is not that near to walk to the sea and the beaches. But I had no car, and stayed only one night. If you have a car, or rent a bicycle (but careful on the main road!), it should be very good, and I would recommend without restrictions.

I stayed there for ten weeks. Perla is a great host, cheerful and helpful and Louis was quick to fix any problems with the place. I highly recommend them.
