Cottage is in a great location for fishing and kayaking. We brought SUP and had a great time. Check for scheduled dam release as the current will pickup. Lowood has everything you need we took our bikes so didn’t need the car. Right on the Brisbane valley rail trail. Rode to Fernvale with the kids and had lunch. Very nice for a low key time with family. Played lots of board games.

Such a beautiful little self contained cottage right on the river, directly across from the Showgrounds & walking distance into town.

Perfect place for us to rest and relax. Looking over the river on the back deck was very peaceful and quiet. The cottage has everything and more you would need. Any questions I had, Bernhard was very prompt in replying. Would we stay again most definitely.
