位置很好 房间非常大 但是厨房不太干净 烤面包机完全无法使用 水壶里的铁锈有很多 周围很安静 离超市也很近 总的来说还不错

A nice and large space to stay. Some of the furnitures are needed to be maintained. The wooden block of the cabinet fell down which almost hurt my feet but no any compensation for this. A terrible staying experience.

We had delays upon arriving in Berlin, so the self check in was convenient. Unfortunately, we had an extremely poor experience after that. There was a strong smell of smoke in the hall and flat which was unpleasant. The flat only had bedding available for one bed and it was covered with dirt/hair, and there was no alternative to replace it before having to sleep. There were stains on the carpet, furniture, curtains, and walls. We found rubbish and a cigarette butt left behind with the smoke alarm unscrewed from the ceiling in a drawer. There is no washer an dryer available in the room, rather it’s in a shared space downstairs. There was no apology for the state of the room and we were given the option for a cleaner to come or to move to a new room. The second hotel room was in the same or worse condition. The hotel was responsive and worked with us to adjust the dates of our reservation to check out the next day instead of our planned four days as we were not comfortable staying.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Je le recommande sincèrement.

Appartement bien situé. Arrivée facilitée par les informations transmises par l hôte. Le logement est toutefois situé dans un hôtel.
