Tony was a Great host and great place

The place was exactly as described and looked in the pictures. Very spacious and well kept. I stayed for a whole month was a close friend and we each had our own good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We both work remote and the set up was perfect for that with desks in the bedrooms and great wifi. Large kitchen, comfy beds, and furniture were a plus. The location is great is a quiet and safe neighborhood that we often walked around in. Also an incredibly short work to the main NoDa strip which has tons of great restaurants, bars, and shops. If you have a car, like I did, it's very convenient and secure with private parking behind the unit. Tony was a great host and always very responsive whenever needed. If I go back to Charlotte, I would definitely stay there again!

Tony accommodated my family on very short notice and I appreciate this . His home was very child friendly. He answered my “midnight oil “ emails with a smile. He also was able to provide an extended stay . His home is in a small beautiful neighborhood close everything!

This was a good long term location for me. It was convenient to NODA and uptown. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is huge but if you plan to cook you may want to bring a few pots and pans. Toney was very responsive to my messages. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer and space to work.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was so comfortable. Tony was so responsive and helpful. We are so greatful.
