Our A-Frame cabin hosts the perfect experience for a couple that is looking for nature privacy and a beautiful mountain view. The place has a full size bed and a private terrace for you to sit and enjoy perfect sunsets. This accommodation has a private bathroom and our price includes breakfast for two. You can also enjoy our common areas that include wi-fi zone, restaurant, bar, playroom with ping-pong table, "rana" game and other boardgames, private forest trails, edible gardens and more. Our property is almost 8 acres of pure nature for you to enjoy and wander, we are located in the middle of a forest surrounded by the most amazing mountain view of the Farallones de Sutatausa (hiking paradise) with mystic indigenous vibes. From here you can get to the top of the mountaing through forest trails and "caminos reales" which make this place unique and perfect for a hiking experience. It is also as quiet as perfect for finding a reading spot in the forest to enjoy your favorite book with birds and animal sounds in the background. Coming back from the hills you can enjoy delicious meals at our restaurant and perhaps a cocktail or cold beer to refresh yourself. At night you can enjoy around our firepits while spending time with your beloved one and a glass of wine, you can play "rana" traditional colombian game or beat your partner at ping-pong. We believe in self-sufficiency and grow part of our and your food sustainibly in our gardens. We grow blueberries, strawberries, other berries and vegetables to use fresh and nutritious food in our restaurant.

We are located in the middle of a forest in the Farallones de Sutatausa mountain at an altittude of 2650 meters above sea level. The weather at night can get chilly so it is recommended to wear protection for cold nights such as jackets, gloves or hoodies. During the day the weather is as perfect as the sun can shine above us. Solar protector is needed when the sun is out.
El lugar está ubicado literalmente en medio de un hermoso bosque en las faldas de los Farallones de Sutatausa. Estamos a 2650 msnm por lo que el clima en las noches es frío, y depende de la época, en el día puede subir la temperatura debido a la alta radiación solar. Recomendamos traer ropa cómoda para el frío, bloqueador sola, gorras, gafas de sol y demás elementos para proteger tanto del sol como del frío.
You can get here easily by car or public transportation. We offer free parking spots to our guests. As we are in the middle of the forest you should know that to get here you have to take dust-roads for at least 10 minutes, as we are 5 kilometers away from 45 national route and Sutatausa town in Cundinamarca.
To arrive via public transportation from Bogota you have to catch a "Rapido el Carmen" bus from North terminal towards Ubate and ask the driver to drop you on Sutatausa, from there you can walk 45 min trhough the forest or take a taxi and ask them to take you to Bosque Escondido in "vereda Novoa".
If you have a car just follow directions on waze or maps for Bosque Escondido Sutatausa and it will bring you directly to our place. Don't be afraid, getting here is extremely easy and totally worth it.
