This is a small countryside house with the best of both worlds. It sits in a hill with stunning views to the green landscapes of the sierra madre occidental. The drive to the beach is only 4km/8 mins away and 20 mins to Careyes. A few meters in from the main highway Federal 200, enter thru a rustic dirt road giving the feel you are going to the country. The front of the property has partial areas still under construction but the interior of the property is ready for your enjoyment. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a total of 2 queen size beds and 2 full size beds); 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private bathroom, the second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. The second bathroom is in a common area inside the house. Also includes a kitchen with cooking essentials. This property has a total of 4 villas (casitas), each has its own kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area, the only shared areas are a great exterior BBQ area and pool on the first floor. You may feel you are away from the busy town but you would only be 4km (8mins) from the beach. The best of both worlds.

Nos dieron la información necesaria y concisa de cómo llegar al lugar, fueron flexibles en la hora de llegada y en cuanto llegamos estaban ahí disponibles para recibirnos. El lugar es hermoso y es exactamente lo que se ve en fotos. Es privado y muy tranquilo. La playa está a 8 minutos en vehículo, nosotros fuimos también a cocinas, y no estaba a más de 15 minutos. Amamos a la cuidadora de 4 patas que siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y de darnos cariño. 🫶 Sin duda pasamos unos días muy agradables.
Nos encantó el lugar! Muy bonito ☺️ las fotos coinciden con el lugar. El trato fue súper bonito, la señora estuvo muy atenta, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. La alberca y asador son un plus. Queda en plena carretera pero en coche son unos 8 min aproximadamente al malecón de Punta Perula. Si buscas desconectarte en un lugar bonito y equipado, este es tu lugar. Esperamos volver pronto 💖

Entrance to property is thru a dirt road (approx 280meters). No neighbors. 4km from Punta Perula town center. Might sound far away but it is approx 8 mins driving distance from the house to the town center of Perula.
You may drive into Punta Perula or you may walk to the beach in Villa Polinesia and walk into Perula. You may also transport ourselves in one of your bikes provided to our guests (first come first serve)
