It’s a beautiful community with a large townhouse. It’s perfect for families. Drew was great in recommending which unit to request upon check in. The only reasons I gave it a 4 was being told at check in if I wanted air conditioning it’s an extra daily fee. I didn’t see that as a listed fee. The map shows the property on the ocean but here is not walking beach access from the property because a golf course is in between the complex and the ocean. Most important was during check out the dresser and tv on top fell on me when I opened the drawers. I emailed Drew letting him know my injury was minor but concerned if it was a small child it would have ended badly and suggested they secure it to the wall. It’s been four days and no response. I hope they looked into it and fixed it.

Quick response and easy communication even with a last minute booking! The place was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We were actually blown away by how roomy the place was. It was the perfect stay for a family of 5 with three young kids. The room we stayed in had two big bedrooms with comfortable beds, a big lanai with an outdoor dining option, nice sized kitchen with lots of countertop space and a comfortable dining table that seats 6,. Other things worth mentioning: Friendly check-in staff, a fun little playground for kids on site, basketball court, shuffle board and a clean pool/hot tub. The location was about a 10 minute drive into town. Not many places to walk to - there is a small shopping plaza located near the resort with a Long's drug store and a stellar breakfast spot called Peaberry & Galette that's worth checking out. Definitely will be back again next time we visit Kona!

If you are looking for a spot to stay in the middle of the popular areas this place has beautiful amenities- pool, volleyball, basketball shuffleboard bar and restraunt… it’s well manicured and close to the airport.

Spacious, clean and convenient condo. We enjoyed the amenities on property. The condo has everything you need and a nice soaking tub and generous lanai.

The location is awesome, was close to many of the popular attractions. The unit has all the amenities including a full kitchen and it’s spacious. Cleanness can improve.
