The staff was super welcoming and helpful. We stayed there for 1 month and enjoyed the area due to its nice location with walking distance to line 2,5 and 1. However, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and there was sadly no kitchen appliances in the kitchen. The cleaners were very kind and helpful, but it was a little inconvenient that the room was being cleaned at 5:30pm. Other than that the room was nice and spacious!

The place was a great deal compared to similar facilities and is in a very convenient location close to major attractions, such as Namsan tower, Dongdaemun shopping center, Myeongdong shopping district, old palaces, Seoul train station. Bus stops and metro stations are within walking distances to get around Seoul. The managers, especially manager Mr. Bok, went on extra miles to help us get around and make our stay very comfortable. There was also a 24 hour 7 Eleven store and a small cafe on the 1st floor for convenience if needed. We would recommended for long term travelers who needs to stay for more than a month.

Close to Jongno, Euljiro, Myungdong, Dongdaemun and Namdaemun. Counldn't be more satisfied with the location.

I stayed at this residence for 40 days. It was comfortable and good location. Easy access to mass transit. Great host, very accommodating and communicative. I’ll definitely stay here again.
