All together, it was a nice experience. The house is really big and we found everything we needed. The area is very quiet and beautiful and there are many good restaurants and shops close by. Also, we enjoyed monkeys coming to visit us almost every day. We were allowed to stay with our cat, and we appreciated it a lot. Probably we will return one day.

I rented this unit for 3 weeks after seeing its location was adjacent to the Hua Hin Market Village and across the street from the beach. It’s nowhere near either. It’s actual location is a 40 minute walk from the beach in a very isolated location near very little of anything; A gross misrepresentation the likes of which I’ve never seen in all my travels. When you finally get the complex where the condo is actually located, the given address is incorrect also; it’s another unit at the end of the street. Adding insult to injury the property manager was an hour late arriving to give me the key; no apology just arrogance. She rudely asked for 500 tbd for the key and left. I never saw or heard from her the entire 3 weeks. There was no guidance on where to launder my linens, towels or personal belongings; zero communication. The previous Airbnb I was in recently was the most impressive fully stocked unit I’ve seen with friendly, helpful hosts. This experience was at the completely opposite end of the spectrum. Not one roll of toilet paper was provided; nothing. 5 bottles of water was the only contribution. The unit, the fact it’s in the middle of nowhere aside, was very large and roomy; not cluttered with someone else’s personal affects like I’ve seen. Beautiful tile floor throughout but only a child’s dust pan and broom to maintain; no wet mop which was much needed as the floor became filthy. It has 5 a/c units of which I only needed two and only one at a time; they worked well. The unit also had a great fan that appeared brand new. The coffee pot for heating water for instant coffee was great. The electric stove control didn’t work so I had to plug and unplug every time I used it. The drain in the shower is clogged and took several minutes to drain. One of my biggest issues is NO HOT WATER AT KITCHEN SINK. Extreme health hazard for washing dishes. Impossible to remove grease. Unacceptable. The range hood was installed so low that it was impossible to cook properly without hitting your head; several times. The low hood might sound like nick picking but I assure you my annoyance is justified at the incompetence of the installer. In the wide spectrum of issues with this whole fiasco, simply wearing a helmet would have addressed this specific annoyance. So; great unit mostly. Very fair price. Gross misrepresentation of location. Worst property manager on record. Impossible to recommend this unit.

It's a really nice house, on a bit remote location, but it's quiet and nice environment. Spacious and with 3 bedrooms. It took our Thai driver 1 hour to find, because the address is not the same as mentioned on the driving instructions.
