The worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all the adm never told us that the apartment was a 13th floor. When we were on our way to the apartment he told us he had Issues with the elevator (issue that according to the person who recieved us started in the morning of previous day). A complete lack of communication or respect We arrived at 20:00 and We had to lift our 6 bags, 6 suitcase to a 13th FLOORS by the stairs. I made a big effort to keep my mother and my aunt safe and no enjuries but it was almost impossible, at the end they were sick and breathless. At the middle of second day the elevator was fix, we had noticed by ourselfs and when we asked the host, he told us they were still fixing the elevator until next monday , so we use the stairs again. Some few hours later, we saw a person inside the elavator and went to the 13th floor, so I asked again if we could use it, the host answered an hour later and confirmed it was fix, “clearly no follow up on the issue”.

The stay would have been good if it were not for the big blood/red wine stain on the mattress of one bed and on the panels in one of the rooms.The host, despite our requests during our absence, entered the apartment to take away the non-functioning washing machine. Dishes were dirty. Very large apartment,in the pictures it gives the impression of being smaller. Nice view

me gusto sus instalaciones , limpieza y espacios del departamento, lo único que fallo un poco fue la llave ya que uno no tenia el sensor, por lo demás todo muy bien

Joël est très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et accueillant. Le logement pourrait être plus clean
