This place is our first choice to stay when we come to bloomington to meet our student daughter. It feels like our home now as we have stayed there earlier also. Great location, peaceful, free private parking, near and clean house with all the required amenities and wonderful hosts who respond very promptly. We will keep coming back to this place.

This is my second stay at Scott & Lee’s place and I absolutely love it! Always clean and cozy. The location is great for family visiting their IU student. I had a friend stay with me this time and she was really impressed with it as well! I plan to use it again when I visit if it’s available. Thank you both for a great stay in Bloomington!

Scott and Lee were very responsive! Great and clean place, just like the pictures. In perfect walking distance to quite a few restaurants and shops and just across the street from Kroger. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen.

Five Stars across the board! This is our second year of an extended stay in the Condo and it continues to exceed our expectations. Scott and Lee are wonderful hosts with amazing communication. For anyone wanting to stay near downtown while in Bloomington this is the ideal place as it is convenient, quite and safe. Park the car, enjoy all that Bloomington and IU has to offer, with the ability to walk everywhere. Stay at this condo and you will not be disappointed.
