Wonderfully secluded 2 story cabin very near the NOC. Quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was wonderful!
This was my first cabin day, and I was very pleased! I can’t wait to make this trip a yearly ritual!!
This is a lovely home in a quiet, secluded area which affords great views from the balcony. We did run into some minor issues that certainly did not ruin the trip, but were mildly annoying. For example, the wifi name and password was printed incorrectly on all of the instructions and the printed label on the router and the fridge. While the host company was responsive to these issues, I would have rather they talk me through fixing it instead of sending the caretaker out each time (who was himself very nice, polite and quick). The correct wifi password was on the bottom of the router, and if the host had have told me to look there, I could have fixed it much quicker without having to wait for someone to come over. The other issue was that the AC doesn't really work upstairs, and the inside temp got up to around 82 degrees - I can't imagine what it will be like in the summer. However, I do believe the issue is known and they're going to have the AC serviced. But check just in case.
From the private coded gate and the keypad door, it was very easy to check-in. You walk in to a very clean home with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Owners were great about a major issue. The hot tub didn’t work for two of our four days we were there. They ordered a part and were able to get it installed by our third night we were there. I was very sad we didn’t get to spend more time in it, but a nice gift was left to make up for the issue, as well as a partial refund which helped. I would stay here again. The stargazing around the fire was wonderful and it was very calm and relaxing.
Had an overall good experience with the rental. Place looked as pictured; serene and tucked away. Host was accommodating and very responsive! Had small issues and were resolved right away. Internet was a challenge.
