Our stay in Rye was amazing.

The house was much nicer than in the pictures. We were also very pleasantly surprised to find the house had central air when it wasn't listed in the ad. Plenty of spaces to relax. The three season room was a great place to chill and listen to the waves. It's right across from a beach access path which made getting to and from the beach a breeze, but also meant people were coming and going by the house most of the day, but not a ton of people. It's a very nice, quiet neighborhood otherwise. I'm not sure if it's because we had rain a couple of days, but the sump pump ran in the basement every morning and beeped every time it pumped. Once we figured out what the beeping was it was fine, but the first time it went off it was nerve-wracking trying to uncover what it was. All in all though we had a great time and would go back again.

This rental is fantastic! We went with our 4 teenagers/young adults and 2 dogs. Our kids loved having friends visit for a couple of days and the location can't be beat. Besides groceries, this house has everything you'll need for a fantastic trip! Debra is very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. There were no issues and we are looking forward to renting again in the future.
