比較的綺麗で最低限の生活はできますが、とにかく狭く・暗いので、長期間の滞在には向かないと思います。

The accomodation is great with metro station and multiple convinient stores nearby within 5-10min of walk. The equipments were nice and clean, and the place is generally comfortable. Minor problem is that it is a bit hard to locate at first, and there are some stairs to climb before you have anyplace to rest or put down your luggage. If you have few luggage or if you don't mind carrying them to climb some stairs, this accomodation is very great for its value.

Great location and great little spot. It has a bath and washing machine. Great to soak your body in after long day of walking around tokyo. would rent again

Good. The unit was very clean and had good cooking facilities. Bathroom and toilet were fresh and clean. Clear and detailed directions for all the amenities, functions and how to get to and access the unit. Not so good. This is a 3 story unit which is very cramped even by Japanese standards. The living areas on the 2nd and 3rd floor are very small and not suited for more than 2 people.The photos do not really show how small the space is, looks like clever real estate photography. Probably most comfortable for a solo traveller. The bunk beds are creaky and loose screws and will probably break soon. The 2 staircases are very steep and narrow. Heavy suitcases is really a struggle to get your luggage up the stairs. There is no fire escape, if you are on the top floor you either jump from 3 stories up and out the window or you just burn to death. There was instructions on how to put out a fire with a fire extinguisher... But there was no fire extinguisher in the property LOL.
