Lance's place is perfect to stay in Cambridge. The major research institutions Harvard/MIT are at a walkable distance, the place is sparkling clean. The apartment is in the basement so it does not receive much light, but artificial lights are perfect. The place is very economic if you want to have your own private apartment.
I had a terrific stay. The place was spotless and felt welcoming. I was swamped with work, so wasn't terribly social, but Lance was great - proactive and responsive to help me if I needed anything. It is well located in Cambridge.

Lance was a great host! So friendly and helpful and made the entire stay from check-in to check-out so easy. The apartment is clean and cute and in an ideal location. A close walk to public transportation, good food, and fun activities. I’m keeping this place in mind next time I come to town!
Great host! Helpful and responsive. Good place as well. Only downside is the place is in basement like location and doesn’t really get sun. And bathroom fan is not available. Otherwise very nice.

This career path gave me the freedom to control my time and hence I was able to travel internationally at least a few times a year, I've been to over 15 countries across four continents, the pace's just too slow. I love staying at Airbnb to get local tips, make new friends, and as a way for me to enrich my global experience without physically traveling there, I want to become a host as well. Boston is a tourist destination for many reasons, and in Cambridge, I meet many intelligent, fun, and creative people all around the world. If you are coming to Boston/Cambridge, please do watch that movie, it will add some color to your Boston experience.
