This house was very clean and the wine and snacks was a nice touch. The back patio and activities was very cool. it was not cluttered and decorated cute. It has very nice appliances and utensils. Very simple instructions in a handy manual. The only suggestion is to have a couple of folding chairs in the dining area. The description was for 6 to 7 guest but only 4 chairs at the dining room table. Would highly recommend this house & would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean and plenty of room for the family. The location was close to the zoo and many of the restaurants we wanted to eat at. The only con was the noise from the street at night, the home is located close to a Main Street and I heard noise from the street, cop cars throughout the night. Not much you can do about it though. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful home to spend quality time with family. I enjoyed the back yard taking in the sun . I would definitely rented again.

Clint's home was great; everything was as described. My family of 4 stayed for a week and found that this home was fairly centrally located. We were there primarily for business and found it easy to navigate to the Tucson Conference center, after work attractions and airport. We loved the corn hole backyard game and found the back patio delightful. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed Indian, African, Thai, and American food all within 10 minutes of our stay. Evolve and their team is responsive and helpful. When we are traveling for an extended time, we appreciate a well equipped kitchen and laundry room for freshening our laundry. Both were available and worked well.
