After making the payment through Airbnb, I contacted the host and she informed me that she was no longer offering the room for stay. I immediately inform Airbnb about the incident and also informed host twice through Airbnb to inform Airbnb so that I can get my reimbursement. I am very disappointed that I paid for a place and was deducted by Airbnb and I did not receive the service. I will need a reimbursement of the money because I did not stay at the accommodation. I even inform Airbnb help center and inform the host to write back to Airbnb to reimburse my money deducted without the service. I had to search for another room to stay which I did stay and for that I have absolutely no problem. I will me providing the review for the location I stayed. For this one, I will need the reimbursement as soon as possible. Airbnb can kindly contact the host to comply with the rule so that I can get reimbursed. I have tried on several occasions already to get to her.
