Great place to stay in the heart of Launceston. Easy to find and the great inclusion of a simple breakfast was very welcome. The bathroom and amenities were great and everything was as it should be.

Mark warned me there was a dripping air con reported by other guests but no other rooms available. It was hot- we needed air con. If fixed our stay would have been perfect

Excellent little hotel, well located with clean and comfortable rooms. Wonderful continental breakfast. Would return.
