When you step inside, the open concept upper floor features expansive glass doors and windows offering long range panoramic mountain views. The fully furnished kitchen and cooking area with bar space extends into the living room where the magnificent stone gas fireplace provides a cozy environment after a long day of skiing or outdoor activities. Step outside to the 2 level outdoor deck and utilize the gas grill to prepare a meal or enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor furniture. On the lower level, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms provide the utmost privacy for guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, Roku TV, washer and dryer, and private sliding door access to the exterior deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with Smart TV, while the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (2 queen sized beds), a Roku TV, and Playstation 4. Each room is equipped with individual wall heaters to allow you to have the perfect temperature for your stay. The winter climate can be extremely cold and snowy, so plan accordingly. You may need a 4WD or snow chains to access Beech Mountain during certain snowy times during the winter. Snow covers the ground most of the winter!
