The place is meant for visit by a single person. Not worth for the visit with family. Also TV not working. Paint and plaster had peeled out a many a places in the room. Very small rooms. Do not go with a driver as there is no place for driver to relax or toilet facility. The place is inside a lane and vehicle are parked in one side of the road making it difficult to take your 4 wheeler.

It was a pleasant stay, Sunita really helped us, specially to reach Ajanta and Ellora (she managed to hire a driver that took us to both caves and different places in Aurangabad) for two days. Additionally, she prepared breakfast for our whole stay and it was really yummy. The home is located in a secondary street, but it is not difficult to find if you have internet connection. The place is quiet and we slept really well. Our room had a private bathroom also, which is a plus. When we reached the railway station we told her we were arriving and she was waiting for us at the door, something we thank for. We thank Sunita for receiving us and doing her best to feel comfortable.

Friendly host, good location, comfortable, safe and quiet place. Perfect place for visiting the nearby very very interesting attractions.
