We had peaceful days in Javic. The house is placed in the genuine countryside of Lumbarda, among olive & figue trees and vineyards. Nearby you can still find some goats in their stables. Franica house is simple and charming. Its stone garden with figue and orange trees create an agreable atmosphere. The sea is at some minutes walk,where you can enjoy the small Pier with the good informal konoba "Gavuni". The host Franica is a very sweet person, painting and sculpting interesting works of art as an hobby. Suggested for nature, genuine places and art lovers.

This is a place for a perfect stay on this beautiful island far away from typical tourism ! I absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Our stay in Lumbarda was nice, we had a pleasant time. Few things we have noted:
 The garden was really nice, the place had a grill and the host provided us with coal and wood which was very nice of her. The fig tree was lovely too. There was a drying rack for clothes as well.
It had towels and a well-equipped kitchen, it also had an oven and a washing machine (we did not use it but was nice to know we could). (Great for people who prefer to cook their own meals at home) a lot of space too which was nice.
 Wifi connection was good, car was in the shade and nights were quiet so good to sleep.
 You should note that the house is quite far from the city center so for people without a car I would not recommend 
Few things that we did not like: -We would have appreciated if the host did not leave all the windows open with air conditioner turned off when we arrived. The first night was quite impossible to sleep as the AC is in the hallway so had to keep both room doors open to make it bearable. 
-When we arrived there was a water leakage that caused many wasps to fly around the yard which was irritating and stopped us from being able to use the garden for a few days or have food there which was disappointing as the garden was a big selling point to us. It took two days to get fixed, I appreciate that it took long for handy man to arrive but the host mentioned it stared a few days before our arrival so it would have been nice if she did not count on us being okay with the wasps and just fixed it in time.
 -No hot water in the shower
 -No bed side tables -Felt a little uncomfortable when the host showed up 1 hour before check out time, felt rushed and did not enjoy our last breakfast 
But apart from that it was great. Thank you again for hosting us and good luck with everything!
